The Pilates Challenge
14-days of slow, intentional movements designed to build strength from the inside out. Led by our newest Pilates instructor, Alana, this challenge will help you sculpt, shape, and flow into a stronger, more aligned you.
Recommended equipment: While all classes can be done with bodyweight-only, we will incorporate options to use the following:
· Light & medium rubber resistance bands
· Pilates ball
· 1kg & 2kg hand weights
· Ankle weights
