Mango Yoghurt Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 large mango, chopped
50g white chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Mix yoghurt and mango together in a large bowl. Line a tray with baking paper and scoop mixture into 6 equal clusters. Freeze for a couple of hours or until set. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Return to freezer for 10 mins and enjoy!
