Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups almond meal
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
80g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C and line a tray with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto tray and slightly flatten.
Bake for 10-12 mins until golden.
