Easy Ceviche


  • 1 fillet sashimi grade salmon, sliced into cubes 

  • 1 lebanese cucumber, cut into small cubes

  • ¼ cup coriander, finely chopped

  • 1 mango, cut into small cubes

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice

  • Sea salt, to taste


In a medium bowl, place the salmon, cucumber, coriander and mango. Mix well. Pour over lime juice, sprinkle over salt and stir again to combine.

Serves 4, as a starter.
