Chocolate Protein Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup oat flour (blend oats in a blender until fine)
2 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp chopped white choc of choice
Pinch salt
Instructions:
Grease and line a medium-sized loaf tin with baking paper. In a bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined. Press flat into tin and refrigerate for a few hours or until set. Slice and cut into bars.
