Chocolate Protein Fudge


  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1/3 cup oat flour (blend oats in a blender until fine)

  • 2 1/2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped white choc of choice

  • Pinch salt


Grease and line a medium-sized loaf tin with baking paper. In a bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined. Press flat into tin and refrigerate for a few hours or until set. Slice and cut into bars.
