Blueberry Breakfast Crumble
Ingredients:
Berry mixture
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup
The juice from one squeezed lemon
Topping:
1 1/2 tbsp almond meal
2 tbsp oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp butter
Pinch of salt
Optional: greek yoghurt, to serve.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190C.
Combine all berry mixture ingredients and place in a ramekin or small baking dish.
Mix together crumble ingredients until well combined and scatter over the berries.
Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden. Serve with yoghurt (optional).
