Blueberry Breakfast Crumble


  • Berry mixture

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • The juice from one squeezed lemon


  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond meal

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp butter

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: greek yoghurt, to serve.


Preheat oven to 190C.

Combine all berry mixture ingredients and place in a ramekin or small baking dish.

Mix together crumble ingredients until well combined and scatter over the berries.

Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden. Serve with yoghurt (optional).
